From the Scorched Earth Dept. ...

Let's see now... How many ways can Magnavox besmirch the very medium which is their whole reason for existence in this 1994 ad.  The TV shows are boring.  The commercials are annoying.  But please run out and drop several hundred bucks on a new model so you can experience all this mind-numbing mediocrity in the most technologically advanced way.

But on the bright side, I guess Magnavox has no problem with ads that interrupt you while you're reading a magazine.
